Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your bedsheet or bedding set arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions for Return/Exchange
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition in which you received it.
- Original packaging, ribbons, tags, and all included bedding pieces (such as matching pillowcases) must be intact.
- Any item returned with signs of wear, fragrance, wash, or pet hair cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Take 2 to 3 clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging.

- Provide your Order ID and state the reason for exchange or return.
- Our team will verify the claim within 24 business hours and guide you on the return pickup or replacement procedure.
Refund Processing
Once the returned parcel is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
